Ok here is the deal. I am getting tired of answering a dozen or so support tickets per day about "When will I get my payment?" So here is my post about it. I just added the below message to the 'request payout' page, but am posting it here so everybody sees it. I understand some of you upgraded, and thank you for that. However it isn't fair for me to pay you guys yet when people have been waiting over a month and a half. Eventually when everything is caught up, I plan to swap to instant payments for all upgraded members. However, until that happens, please be patient and realize I am paying people that have waited the longest first.

Until we get caught up with payouts, it may take up to *****40***** days to process your payment. Hopefully less, but it can take up to that long. Once all of the old payments from before I took over as admin are caught up, the site will be back to normal payments and move towards instant payments for all upgraded members.

The problem is you can only request 1 payment at a time, those of us who have invested in upgrades will not benefit from our purchases, meantime all of our refs are stopping clicking.

Lose lose situation for us, I suggest that you pay your members who have invested first, this way they may invest again, that would be your aim, yea?

How can you not benefit? You still get more rented and direct referrals, and you are still earning more. Therefore you are benefiting. The fact that you can't request another payout until your first is processed doesn't mean you aren't benefiting from your upgrade.

You obviously don’t understand or you just do not care, the reason members upgrade is because they see an opportunity to associate with a site & make some extra cash, they know if they get a few refs in their downline they will benefit, Referrals don’t just show up, “we” the members have to advertise to get them, this costs us money, when our refs stop clicking because the click rate drops or the site look like its not paying anymore, it’s us, the members who have invested in your site who suffer.

Now you say we should just go & get more refs, in the mean time we wait for a payout that we earned has upgraded members while our upgrades expire, upgrades we paid for at the old rates. You know as well as me that all of the upgraded members on this site have more money in their earned balance than their requested amounts pending.

I understand that you are trying to salvage this site, & appreciate your efforts, I’m just not happy with the way your going about it, those that have invested in the site should take president, the ones who you are cashing out who haven’t invested never will.

While I appreciate your input, I do disagree. It isn't fair for me to pay people who request payments a week ago when there are some people who have been waiting for almost 2 months. These were payouts that were requested before I took over, but I'm doing the right thing and paying them instead of just letting the site shut down and people not get the money they earn. If this causes a few members not to renew their membership then so be it. Everybody isn't going to be happy with the way I do things here, and I can't help that. The people that aren't happy can either wait and see that I will get PTCBay back on the right track, or they can invest in another site. I can assure you that PTCBay will be back with instant payments to all upgraded members in the future. I'm not able to give a time when this will happen, but it will happen.

Please note the change. We are now within 50 days for payouts to all members. Things are certainly starting to get better thanks to all of the great members here at PTCBay.

$250-$300 until you will go Instant Payouts, let me ask you this, prior to going instant what will you be doing with all the pending payments?

Those payouts would be paid of course. The amount of funds that we get will determine what memberships get instant payouts. If we only raise enough to get payments under 30 days, then I will start by offering instant payouts to Ultimate members and just reduce the payout time for other memberships. Then as even more payouts get caught up I will start offering instant payouts for other memberships as well. My goal is to get instant payouts started at least for some people as I believe that will cause the site to really start growing which will help everyone out in the long run.

Yet another improvement. We are paying within 40 days for all members. Please note that until everything is caught up that payments are just paid as they are requested. There is no priority given to upgraded memberships at this time. Once payments are caught up (which should be within the next few weeks), then payouts will start going out as normal per the TOS.

I am waiting from last 44 days. So 40 days aspected time had also gone. I was upgraded member and can upgrade again after atleast getting back my old investment

Obviously you haven't been reading. It has been clearly stated the past several weeks that payments are going over 40 days, and payments are going out in the order they were requested.

To be honest i'm a little confused also, I do read the news section & beleive 1 of the last things you said was you were waiting for some money to clear, then payouts would go out as normal.

everyone please be patience .. we know that we will get paid admin is honest with his site
but due to some problem he cant do it faster then he is doing right now ..

so be patience and wait for ur turn to got paid .. posting on forum and sending support ticket regarding this will just slow the process ..

As mugen just said above, please be patient. If you guys don't know this site isn't the only "job" I have. I work a full time and a part time job. I am in the process of trying to get things straight to move into a new house, and doing some meetings and training to possibly chain my main full time job. My life is crazy right now, which is why things are slower than they have been. Everybody will get paid though, so just please be patient with me while I get through all that's going on and things are back to the way they should be.
